passage translation (English)
All phenomena depend upon mind and mind depends upon body as unique occasion and right juncture; they thus arise in functional correlation by way of this relation of founding and founded. Mind functions as the causal momentum for all positive predispositions while (embodiment as) unique occasion and right juncture functions as the catalyst or determinant of this process. It is thus necessary in this situation to train the mind.
