As (the king) is entrusted with justice and compassion for all the people. 01. tholana, v.ptp., on entrusting, Ṅ.128b.03 NS: 500 Ill. avahita tholana, abātī, anyāyī kulāha, kapatī, dvāko, nānā upāyana, śāsti yāṅa prajā sukhī yāye mālva.
