passage translation (English)

...What is known as the "supreme path" does not involve the attainment of an extraneous goal by training on an extraneous path, as is the case with the lesser vehicles. Rather it is what all sentient beings naturally are; remaining in this natural freedom is what is known as the "supreme path". Since any person who becomes existentially attuned to this and understands it deeply so it becomes a source of assuredness becomes equal to Śrī Vajrasattva or Kun tu bzang po is is also called "being free in one's freedom'. It is also known as "Buddhahood rediscovered".
